- Lean Six Sigma Operations (LASSO™)
This 5 day course provides a comprehensive guide to the process for integrating the differing, but complimentary methodologies of Lean Processing and Six Sigma Process Control. The resulting Lean Six Sigma Operations (LASSO™) model taught in this program introduces one seamless approach for analyzing, designing, controlling, and continuously improving work processes in any industry and any work environment. Class participants will return to their home organizations fully prepared to plan and implement the leading edge LASSO™ methodologies necessary to create a best-in-class operating environment, characterized by the core values of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork. This course is designed for Six Sigma Black Belts or persons with equivalent education and experience.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
