Lean Office Take Action Now!

This course will instruct attendees in the use of Lean in the office environment. Course material will outline and cover the key elements of traditional Lean, with a special focus on how Lean can be applied to the office, including an interactive simulation. This course will cover the complete process of applying Lean Office in the attendees' home work environment.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this course is to fully train attendees to be active practitioners of Lean in the office. A complete understanding of Lean will be offered, and trainees will leave with the knowledge required to begin implementing Lean in their workplace.

SUMMARY

Traditional tools and concepts of Lean with a focus on practical application in the office. This course will explain the benefits of lean office, and how to avoid potential pitfalls of improper implementation. Participants will learn to implement lean in a realistic simulation which will allow for questions, comments, and potential improvements. A complete understanding of Lean as it relates to the office will be covered.

DESCRIPTION

This one and a half day course will explain, in depth, the core tenets of the Lean vision and how to apply those effective principles to the office workplace, across any industry (e.g. Health Care, Insurance, Retail, etc.). A thorough introduction to Lean will be covered, as well as more advanced principles. This course also utilizes an active, hands-on, simulation to teach participants how to apply lean. No experience with Lean is required for this course.
